📋 Description

• Based in Los Angeles, Rayneta is a paid media agency supporting innovative companies in technology, commerce, and culture. • We guide our clients’ advertising investments through focused, data-driven media campaigns that deliver measurable results. • Our close-knit team combines analytical precision with creative insight, staying ahead of industry trends. • We are seeking a Paid Media Manager who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on expert in managing campaigns within ad platforms (i.e., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads). • This role requires a blend of marketing strategy, technical media buying, and client soft skills. • You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media across various platforms to drive growth and success for our clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Strategically plan and manage paid media campaigns across multiple channels. Primarily within paid social (Meta, TikTok, Linkedin) and paid search (Google, Microsoft). • Build and nurture client relationships, providing expert advice and insights as a trusted advisor. • Manage budget allocation, optimization, and campaign reporting to ensure optimal results. • Analyze data to identify trends, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. • Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge, including new platforms, technologies, and trends. • Communicate and collaborate with client teams. • 3-5+ years of experience in paid media management across various digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex paid media campaigns. • Experience directly managing monthly budgets of $200k+. • Strong analytical skills. • Strong understanding of digital attribution and media measurement. • Exceptional organizational skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
