Description

• WEX is a global commerce platform that helps businesses solve for operational complexities • Collaborating across the organization to develop communication campaigns • Managing a team of communications advisors and strategists • Establishing a global communications strategy aligned with business goals • Tracking measurements to ensure effectiveness of internal communications • Advising on executive communications campaigns • Designing audience-centric ways to deliver engaging content • Maintaining relationships with key executive leaders across the business • Participating in coordination of relevant events, meetings, and presentations • Overseeing the development and governance of the intranet application

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field • Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications within a publicly listed company • Proven experience in managing and leading teams • Experience in developing and executing integrated executive communications campaigns • Confidence to attend executive meetings • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills • Journalistic ability to source stories from employees • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Familiarity with digital channels as a means of communication • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance communication strategies • Ability to work across business lines • Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines • Ability to respond to crisis situations
