Description

• As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) at WEX, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and growth for our market-leading payment product • You will be responsible for identifying and securing new accounts for our 7 Eleven/Speedway Fleet Card programs. • We are seeking dynamic, results-oriented sales professionals who are adept at generating strong leads, prospecting, and identifying opportunities. • The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with exceptional discovery and presentation skills, along with a strong track record in closing sales. • We are looking for individuals who reside in the Orlando or Surrounding areas of Florida , but will also cover a multi-state territory. • Travel for this role is 50-75%.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record in client acquisition and relationship building • Demonstrated consistent quota performance in a business-to-business sales environment • Ability to sell against the competition • Strong prospect-channel identification, development, and qualification skills • High degree of territory management capability, including a multi-state territory • Willingness to travel via air or vehicle • Successful completion of a background investigation • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Comfortable with professional written and verbal communication at all levels from front line to C Level contacts • Commitment to teamwork within the sales organization • Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills – will be required to maintain a prospect database on designated software (Prior Salesforce experience a plus) • Industry knowledge in fleet management and or commercial payments • Goal-focused, self-motivated, creative, flexible and adaptable to new situations • Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity to meet deadlines • Strong relationship management skills • Strong time management skills • Previous work or consultation with fleet a plus • Entrepreneurial mindset
