β’ Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably within the automotive or vehicle repair industry. β’ Strong understanding of the automotive repair industry and the challenges faced by repair shops. β’ Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a B2B environment. β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β’ Ability to quickly understand and communicate complex technical information. β’ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. β’ Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. β’ Bachelorβs degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
