Description

• An exciting opportunity as a Sr. Strategic Sales Manager • Accountable for developing new direct business opportunities across Corporate Payments product portfolio • Identify/qualify opportunities where a virtual can be used for B2B transactions • Manage the sales process through lead generation to closing deals • Communicate WEX’s market proposition and propose suitable solutions • Develop strong client relationships with stakeholders • Prepare high-quality presentations and proposals • Provide timely and accurate revenue forecasting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 8-10 years of direct sales, account and/or channel management experience • Proven record of generating own leads • B2B payment experience and Virtual payment industry knowledge a substantial plus • Comprehensive understanding of financial services and the complex solution sales process • Ability to participate in strategy development • Proven track record of managing business development activities to achieve growth targets • Successful track record of building and maintaining strong relationships ranging from senior level executives to technical contacts • Skilled at presenting ideas effectively to individuals or groups
