Description

• Owns assigned customer book and is accountable for all business targets. • Drives performance through targets and metrics. • Delivers growth and profitability across respective areas. • Builds relationship with Client Manager for efficient and timely solutions. • Retains customers and grows services offered. • Closes deals on new business and renewals. • Identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities for assigned customers. • Partners with Client Manager organization to manage customer relationships. • Ensures all contracted terms are delivered to customers including SLAs. • Follows credit guidelines and internal compliance processes for offerings/services. • Actively prospects for new business opportunities based on intel and direction. • Stays informed on market trends and anticipated market dynamics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Account Management and Sales role, preferably in energy, sustainability, or risk management. • Strong network/relationship-building skills and drive to deliver sound solutions to customers. • In-depth background in sustainability, energy management and consulting services is critical. • Strong sales and business acumen for successful sales to new customers. • Strong network and passion for services currently sold and future sales potential. • Experience in customer-facing sales and account management is vital. • Proven experience in growing and delivering a proven business pipeline with pace and accuracy. • Willingness and ability to travel is essential. • Robust interpersonal skills to deal with all business hierarchy levels. • Team working and collaboration experience and skills necessary. • IT skills and readiness to learn new sales and CRM tools is essential. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
