• The Account Executive supports line managers for accountability for customer accounts. • Manages a sales pipeline, builds customer relationships, and ensures service delivery. • Owns a book of customers for accountability on all business targets. • Drives performance through targets and metrics for growth and profitability. • Collaborates with Client Manager to manage customer relationships effectively. • Responsible for following credit guidelines and internal compliance processes. • Actively prospects for new business opportunities based on marketing intel. • Remains updated on market trends and customer activities affecting business.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Account Management and Sales roles, preferably in energy, sustainability, or risk management. • Strong network/relationship-building skills to deliver solutions to customers. • In-depth background in sustainability, energy management and consulting services. • Strong sales and business acumen for successful sales to new customers. • Strong network and passion for services sold now and in the future. • Experience in customer-facing sales and account management. • Proven experience in growing and managing a business pipeline accurately. • Willingness and ability to travel. • Robust interpersonal skills to deal at all business levels. • Team working and collaboration skills in a matrix organization. • IT skills and readiness to learn new sales and CRM tools. • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
