Description

• Lead the charge and drive revenue through outbound sales approach in a B2B SaaS environment. • Own sales leadership & strategy to achieve revenue goals. • Manage and develop high-performing sales teams aligned with company objectives. • Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts through value-based selling. • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to align sales efforts for growth.

Requirements

• B2B SaaS Expertise: Proven success in scaling sales teams in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with experience selling solutions at $500+/month. • Strong background in selling MarTech solutions is highly preferred, with a deep understanding of the digital marketing/advertising industry. • Demonstrated ability to manage sales cycles with SMB and mid-market customers, focusing on value-based sales. • Experience with the digital marketing landscape, particularly search engine marketing (SEM), is a plus. • Leadership & Management: Managed a high-performing sales team of 5+ individuals, with hands-on experience developing highly effective sales talent. • Proven ability to drive performance, meet sales targets, and motivate remote teams through effective coaching and leadership. • Data-Driven & Strategic: Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking key sales metrics, analyzing data, and adjusting strategies accordingly. • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
