📋 Description

• The Contract Recruiting Coordinator will play an essential role in ensuring that the hiring process runs in an organized and efficient way. • Their primary goal will be to strategically impact the top-of-funnel recruitment efforts by implementing sourcing strategies that attract a high volume of highly qualified clinicians. • They will be responsible for sourcing candidates using various recruitment platforms and strategies, assisting with scheduling recruiter screens and interviews, managing candidate communication, and maintaining accurate recruiting records and metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or administrative support (preferably in a fast-paced environment). • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Meet, etc.) • A positive attitude with a passion for providing excellent candidate experience.
