Description

• Lead clinical program inception, design, development, and implementation to meet client requirements for novel care programs and for the expansion of preexisting programs. • Shepherd the creation of programs focused on the longitudinal management of chronic and complex conditions. • Leverage a network of clinical subject matter experts, including specialists. physicians, to identify program framework requirements and develop patient and provider facing content. • Manage a small team of direct reports tasked with the tactical requirements necessary to bring a program to life. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in R&D (product, engineering), operations, customer success, and finance. • Review team output to ensure clinical rigor and a high standard of care.

Requirements

• MD/DO. • Board certified in internal medicine or family medicine, required. • 5+ years of clinical practice experience post residency, preferably in an outpatient setting. • 2+ years designing and launching condition management programs, preferably in a health tech setting. • Experience leading teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders in a health tech setting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail. • Experience providing obesity or menopause care is a plus, but is not required.
