Description

• The technical writer will support our Head of Documentation in producing and maintaining high-quality documentation for various audiences, ensuring clarity and consistency throughout. • Our aim is to have a single source of truth for all our product features and tools, enabling teams, users and clients to have complete confidence in the material that we deliver. • Technical documentation for clients e.g. API documentation, back end and front end, process flows • Feature guides for implementation of new tools and functions • How-to articles • Release Notes for internal use and for clients • Update and maintain existing documentation in line with all the releases.

Requirements

• 2+ years technical writing experience • Excellent writing skills in English • Background in software development or IT • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines • Proactive and inquisitive nature • iGaming, Payments or CMS experience (Nice to Have) • Experience of working in an Agile environment (Nice to Have) • Familiarity with Jira (Nice to Have) • Desire to understand how things work (Nice to Have) • Experience of using a technical authoring tool (Nice to Have)
