• Manage, grow, and nurture relationships with key customer buyers within a designated geographic region. • Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new customer accounts in the assigned territory. • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and buyers. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer buyers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and responsiveness. • Drive territory growth by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities. • Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to close and post-sales follow-up. • Track and manage all account activity, sales progress, and opportunities using CRM tools. • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Minimum of 5+ years in outside sales or account management, with a focus on customer buyers. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. • Experience in automotive industry preferred. • Strong ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office. • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly. • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
