• As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. • Your primary goal will be to provide top-notch customer service and develop strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. • Your ability to analyze risks, identify coverage needs, and negotiate policies will directly impact our client's success and contribute to our overall growth.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in commercial lines insurance account management. • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations. • Familiarity with insurance carriers, underwriting processes, and rating practices. • Proficiency in using insurance management systems and MS Office Suite. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders. • Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Previous experience in commercial lines account management or related roles is highly desirable. • Familiarity with insurance software systems, such as Applied Epic or AMS360, is a plus.
