• Lead customer experience for book of business • Collaborate with Producers to develop strategies for retaining/renewing existing clients • Oversee renewal outcomes and remarketing for book of business • Build and maintain strong Carrier and Wholesale relationships • Follow agency procedures • Communicate, facilitate, and execute risk solutions on behalf of small business clients

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience within P&C commercial lines (real estate insurance experience preferred) • Property & Casualty license (insurance designations are preferred) • Proficient in an Agency Management System (AMS360 preferred) • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Superior written/verbal and organizational skills
