• Since our founding in 2017, Willow has grown from a start-up in Australia to serving customers around the globe. • Our product offering digitizes the build world for a better world. • You will be joining a team of performance-driven Willowers, backed by the most advanced technology. • Seeking an experienced and proactive Corporate Accountant to work with the Finance Manager for compliance and control. • The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial awareness and excellent analytical skills.
🎯 Requirements
• CPA qualified • At least 5 years commercial experience post qualification • Experience in managing/mentoring junior team members • Professional services and software industry experience • Experience of working for AU and/or US entities • Previous exposure with US taxation and compliance requirements • Experience in consolidation and system/process migration/improvements • Knowledge of related cloud-based applications such as Salesforce & Financial Force • Highly-proficient in MS Office applications • Advanced skills in MS Excel, Visual Basic and Macros is an advantage • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Capable of working independently, proactive with high attention to detail and accuracy
