β’ Current and significant experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales β’ Experience selling B2B SaaS technology and CX solutions into enterprise organizations β’ Experience selling digital tools into the contact center space β’ Outstanding communication and presentation skills β’ Strong interest in operating in a fast-paced environment β’ Ability to communicate and partner with cross-functional teams β’ Comfort level with change as it relates to selling an evolving product suite β’ Self-starting closer with proven ability to grow key relationships β’ Excellence in time management and task prioritization β’ Well-organized, self-motivated and able to work independently β’ Some travel to client and office locations may be expected β’ Familiarity with generative AI technologies
