Description

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced engineer to work with our live-ops and engineering teams to create compelling in-game quest experiences. • The Live Ops & Support Engineer will work directly with gaming partners to collect technical requirements and build solid, tested API integrations to track in-game actions. • Help debug and resolve support issues related to quest integrations, rewards, and platform functionalities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field (e.g. programming, computer science). • Strong proficiency in building scalable APIs in Node.js and GraphQL. • Familiarity with blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, zkSync, Arbitrum etc.) and event indexing tools like the Graph Protocol or Moonstream. • Highly organized with great attention to detail. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
