• Windward Consulting is at the forefront of Service-Centric IT. • We help our clients align process, organization, information and technology. • We are looking for a Dynatrace Engineer with ability to ensure successful adoption of Dynatrace technologies. • Provide real-time analytics to help customers proactively avoid performance issues. • Responsible for all aspects of Dynatrace deployment, ensuring high quality delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Dynatrace engineer • Dynatrace certification at the Associate level • Proven experience deploying, managing and supporting Dynatrace environments • Demonstrable knowledge of Dynatrace architecture and best practices • Experience creating and managing management zones and network groups • Expertise in deployment and troubleshooting of the OneAgent and Active Gates • The ability to engage customers and stakeholders in a collaborative manner • 2-4 years of experience delivering technical consulting involving performance data analysis • Ability to assess customer's situation, business needs, complex problems, and provide expert recommendations • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical consumers
