• Proven experience (3-5 years) in B2B sales or equivalent business development experience • The ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for both selling to target customers and at the same time building lasting relationships with distribution partners • Comfortable driving both large enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles and dynamically closing smaller faster-paced inbound opportunities • Experience providing solutions based on customer needs • Tech savviness working with Hubspot or other CRM and communication tools • Persuasive, independent, at ease negotiating and developing trust • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Portuguese • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%)
