β€’ Market Research and Analysis: β€’ Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential customers within the residential construction industry. β€’ Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning to develop strategies for differentiation and competitive advantage. β€’ Business Development: β€’ Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the residential construction sector, including builders, developers, architects, contractors, and distribution. β€’ Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase market share. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts. β€’ Sales and Account Management: β€’ Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including conducting product presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of window solutions and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle. β€’ Manage and grow existing accounts through proactive account management and cross-selling initiatives. β€’ Marketing and Promotion: β€’ Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and sales collateral tailored to the industry. β€’ Represent WinTech at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services and expand our network within the residential construction community. β€’ Reporting and Performance Analysis: β€’ Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. β€’ Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. β€’ Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the construction or building materials industry. β€’ Strong understanding of the residential construction industry and its unique challenges and opportunities. β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β€’ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. β€’ Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. β€’ Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
