• Performance Management: ◦ Set clear performance metrics and KPIs for SDRs. ◦ Monitor and analyze individual and team performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. ◦ Provide actionable feedback and coaching to improve results. • Data-Driven Strategy: ◦ Develop and implement strategies based on CRM data, analytics, and market trends. ◦ Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure alignment on lead generation and pipeline goals. ◦ Create and present regular performance reports with insights and recommendations to senior management. • Team Development: ◦ Recruit, onboard, and train SDRs to excel in lead qualification and pipeline development. ◦ Foster a high-performance culture through goal setting, rewards, and recognition programs. ◦ Act as a mentor and role model, inspiring the team to achieve their full potential. • Operational Excellence: ◦ Optimize workflows, tools, and technologies to enhance SDR efficiency. ◦ Ensure adherence to best practices in outreach, communication, and lead nurturing. ◦ Manage resources effectively, balancing workload across the team. • Motivation and Accountability: ◦ Push the team to exceed goals when performance falls short. ◦ Encourage healthy competition and collaboration within the team. ◦ Act decisively to address underperformance while supporting professional growth. • Other duties as assigned
• Proven experience in a leadership role managing SDRs, business development, or a sales-focused team. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to motivate, coach, and guide team members. • Practical understanding of sales tools such as CRM platforms, lead tracking systems, and reporting software. • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). • Must be detail-oriented, creative and have a passion for helping others achieve their goals. • Self-motivated with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships through a client-first mentality. • As part of a diverse team, ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. • Must be technical and analytical and have the ability to manage complex projects seamlessly. • Organized, administratively strong, great time management, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills. • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset. • Willing to participate in ongoing education and training for the role.
