β’ Minimum 2 years in a people manager role managing BDR reps for a SaaS/B2B company β’ At least 5 years of demonstrated success calling into, or selling to, IT or security organizations of all sizes (SMB, enterprise, named accounts) β’ Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding a sales target β’ Passionate about, and experienced with, hiring and growing a talented team β’ Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills β’ Experience with Salesforce CRM system a must β’ Experience with ZoomInfo and Outreach or similar platforms β’ Experience with marketing programs and methodologies β’ Cybersecurity expertise preferred β’ Understanding of MEDDPICC sales strategy process preferred
