β€’ Come join the company that is reinventing cloud security and empowering businesses to thrive in the cloud. β€’ Wiz is on a mission to help organizations secure cloud environments that will accelerate their businesses. β€’ We’re the leading player in a massive and growing market, but it’s still early enough for you to make a significant impact. β€’ At Wiz, you’ll have the freedom to think creatively, dream big, and use your full range of skills to contribute to our record growth. β€’ We are seeking an experienced and motivated BDR Manager to join our growing team across the EMEA region. β€’ In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of high-producing BDRs to build a qualified pipeline of potential customers. β€’ Lead and manage a team of 8+ Business Development Reps across different geographic regions β€’ Coach, train, and develop reps on inbound and outbound strategies and techniques β€’ Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales initiatives and processes β€’ Analyze quarterly targets and forecast pipeline creation demonstrating in-depth knowledge of BDR motions and conversion metrics

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 2 years in a people manager role managing BDR reps for a SaaS/B2B company β€’ At least 5 years of demonstrated success calling into, or selling to, IT or security organizations of all sizes (SMB, enterprise, named accounts) β€’ Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding a sales target β€’ Passionate about, and experienced with, hiring and growing a talented team β€’ Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills β€’ Experience with Salesforce CRM system a must β€’ Experience with ZoomInfo and Outreach or similar platforms β€’ Experience with marketing programs and methodologies β€’ Cybersecurity expertise preferred β€’ Understanding of MEDDPICC sales strategy process preferred
