• As the Sales Systems Administrator, you will be the primary administrator for all non-Salesforce tools within our go-to-market tool stack. • You will manage, optimize, and support key applications including Gong, ZoomInfo, ChurnZero, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others. • Your expertise will ensure that our sales and support teams have the resources they need to excel in their day-to-day activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or 2+ years of experience in a sales operations, systems administration, or technical support role, preferably in a technology or cybersecurity company. • Proficiency in sales enablement tools such as Gong, ZoomInfo, ChurnZero, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. • Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
