🎯 Requirements

• 5+ Years of Retention Marketing Experience Demonstrated success in email and SMS lifecycle marketing for eCommerce or DTC brands. • Hands-On Automation & Segmentation Expertise Proficiency with leading ESPs (e.g., Klaviyo) and SMS platforms (e.g., Attentive, Postscript). • Analytical & Data-Driven Deep understanding of KPIs such as LTV, repeat purchase rates, and deliverability metrics. • Testing & Optimization Skills Proven track record of implementing A/B testing, personalization, and iterative improvements to boost engagement. • Compliance Knowledge Familiarity with GDPR, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM regulations. • Cross-Functional Collaboration Comfortable working with creative, product, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive campaign experiences. • Client-Facing & Communication Skills Ability to clearly present recommendations, results, and ROI to stakeholders at all levels.
