Description

β€’ Manage relationships and fulfillment of work for 5-150 clients. β€’ Establish, maintain, and develop client relationships. β€’ Provide regular status updates on projects. β€’ Handle approximately 50-75 new emails daily. β€’ Schedule and lead client meetings as needed. β€’ Maintain integrity of license records and client data.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience. β€’ 1-2 years of customer service and/or licensing experience is required. β€’ Exceptional interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to work independently, handle pressure, multi-task, and prioritize work at all times. β€’ Excellent organizational and communication skills. β€’ Outstanding skills using personal computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
