β€’ Director leads a distributed team of sales professionals selling software solutions in North America β€’ Responsible for driving growth and achieving financial objectives β€’ Builds territory strategy and executes annual sales targets/quotas β€’ Collaborates across business units to establish cohesive sales strategy β€’ Develops tactics for increasing market share within existing accounts and markets

Requirements

β€’ 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required β€’ 10+ years of experience in subscription cloud-based enterprise software sales management β€’ Experience managing a high performing multi-product sales organization β€’ Success in leading sales organizations in ERP and/or other enterprise channel environments β€’ Strong track record of hiring and growing exceptional sales teams β€’ Advanced sales pipeline and forecasting ability β€’ Demonstrated hands-on leadership skills
