Description

• Ensure timely and accurate recording and reporting of financial information • Manage a team of 2-3 and coordinate with other accounting staff • Partner, manage and mentor the outsourced offshore team • Identify, document and implement process improvements • Coordinate/support system implementations • Coordinate Tax, Legal, and statutory issues with the Business Units • Coordinate/support the audit programs across Wolters Kluwer Health NA division

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required • CPA preferred • 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting • 3+ years in a people management role • Proficient knowledge of major ERP systems or reporting tools • Professional experience in a large, multi-national company highly preferred • Experience in accounting for manufacturing or publishing industry preferred • Experience in FP&A, treasury, audit or operations preferred • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Demonstrated collaborative business skills • Strong communication skills, written and verbal • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint
