• Leads advanced business license research projects for enterprise clients. • Establishes project plans and manages client relationships throughout project lifecycles. • Conducts industry-specific research, identifying licensing requirements. • Creates research packages for timely delivery in line with performance indicators. • Communicates with government agencies for business license research inquiries. • Provides proactive updates to clients regarding order statuses.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent. • 3+ years of experience, preferably in the licensing field. • Exceptional interpersonal skills for communication with various representatives. • Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environment. • Capability to work independently and handle pressure while multi-tasking. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Outstanding skills using personal computers in a Windows-based environment. • High attention to detail and consistency.
