• National engineering, science, and operations firm with a vision for clean water. • Employee-owned company focused on cultivating diverse teams. • Provides contract operations and management services for water and wastewater treatment facilities. • Hiring an Operations Leader for contract operations and management in the O&M SBU. • Responsible for overseeing Municipal O&M projects predominantly in the eastern U.S. • Open to virtual or flexible work arrangements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 20 years of experience in the field. • Extensive knowledge of water, wastewater, and public works industry. • Frequent travel by car and air. • Team building and client management skillsets.
