📋 Description

• The Manager of Operations supports the Admissions Department by managing internal and cross-departmental operational initiatives and coordinating efforts among various stakeholders across the organization. • Organize and lead operational initiatives within the Admissions Department ensuring timely project completion. • Represent the Admissions Department in Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other compliance-oriented meetings to provide insight into the Admissions department’s operations, identify solutions, and communicate requirements back to the Admissions department. • Represent the Admissions Department in cross-departmental meetings to foster informed decision-making, collaboration, and strong partnerships. • Develop and oversee execution of initiatives to enhance Admissions departmental culture, including team page updates, department communications, team member feedback, and meetings. • Coordinate and approve department communications related to operations and deployments across necessary channels. • Serve as the primary contact within the operations team, optimizing, supporting, and resolving team escalations as needed. • Support testing, communication, and deployments of key software within Admissions Department. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience • Skills – Project Management, organization, verbal and written communication, problem solving, innovation / process improvement. • Manages work time effectively by ensuring all work is completed in a timely and organized manner. • Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English. • Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment. • Computer literacy/basic computer skills to effectively navigate and utilize the technology required for the role.
