Description
• Communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday’s applications to prospects and customers alike • Deliver relevant functional product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and webinars • Assist sales in the response to RFIs and RFPs • Participate in discovery sessions alongside sales to understand pain points and current business processes • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Requirements
• 3+ years of software Solution Consulting experience or value-based influential selling experience • 3+ years of experience working with and/or selling HCM, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, or PSA systems • Ability to run multiple projects concurrently • Outstanding professional discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing skills to C-Level Executives • Professional and Business Services experience preferred • Bachelor's Degree or other applicable work experience/military service
