Description
• As a Product Marketing Manager at WorkForce Software, lead success of workforce management platform. • Collaborate cross-functionally and across regions to build strong relationships. • Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product positioning and launch strategies. • Partner with Sales leadership to differentiate solutions against competition. • Ensure customer success throughout implementation and maximize ROI from solutions.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in B2B product or content marketing for SaaS software • Experience of the WFM, HCM or Payroll B2B SaaS software market is desirable • Extensive experience in the development of creative content, product positioning, sales tools, customer case studies and competitive insights • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills • Deep understanding of the enterprise software buyers' journey • Track record of success measuring, testing, and improving the effectiveness of product messaging and sales tools at each level of the funnel • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach, develop and motivate • Travel Up to 5%
