• Reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations • Support Enterprise Sales team in streamlining the contracting process • Enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness • Ensure involvement and buy-in from internal stakeholders • Maximize revenues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical discipline • 10+ years of experience in sales support, order management, product strategies, or similar functions, with a minimum of 3-5 years in sales operations within a SaaS environment • Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and other CRM systems; experience with CPQ, Docusign, NetSuite, SugarCRM, Pardot, and Clari Revenue Management is a plus • Strong understanding of sales processes, contract management, and pricing strategies • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
