• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals dedicated to driving the sale of fintech services. • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the field services industry. • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus. • Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the fintech or related industry. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Deep understanding of fintech solutions and their application within the field services industry. • Strong relationships and reputation within the target industries. • Prior sales management experience leading both Hunter & Account Managers plus Business Development professionals. • Strong collaboration skills and experience. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to travel as required.
