Description

• Align with national sales strategy and collaborate across the organization. • Manage brokers and distributors to ensure quality distribution in targeted accounts. • Prepare business reviews and sales presentations. • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral. • Build strategic trade promotion calendar for retail customers. • Analyze and strategize market coverage and growth opportunities. • Attend trade shows to represent the brand and develop sales opportunities. • Build strong internal and external connections to drive growth. • Provide strategic direction and support to brokerage teams. • Conduct store audits to ensure adherence to standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in Grocery and Natural Channels. • Track record of success managing key retail accounts and collaborating with brokers and distributors. • Strong planning, organizational, and analytical abilities, proficient in Data Tools. • Proficiency in trade analytics, including analyzing selling prices, margins, and market trends. • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • Proven capability to thrive in both independent and collaborative settings. • Highly adaptable and resourceful with a proactive approach.
