Description

• Manage the bi-annual release items for your assigned networks as well as any one-off mandates. • Day to day operational support for internal and external clients for your assigned networks. • Responsible for being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your assigned networks. • Responsible for documenting, archiving open items/ issues with the network for regular cadence meetings with assigned networks. • Act as back up for other networks not assigned directly.

Requirements

• 6+ Years Strong experience in Fintech & Payments processing. • In depth knowledge of US Debit transactional processing. • Organization skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced priority now environment. • Proficient communication skills both verbally and written. • Communication skills will be key in relaying changes updates or issues to both upper management as well as peers. • Analytical and logical thinking to review items and understand the impacts technically and for the business. • The candidate must be a self-starter and able to work with limited direction or supervision. • Must be very good at developing and maintaining key internal and external relationships.
