Description

• Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. • Work with the System Architect to design innovative solutions that address business challenges. • Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations. • Create and maintain detailed project documentation and participate in system testing.

Requirements

• Significant experience with ServiceNow ITSM, including a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and customization options. • Proven ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and managing backlogs by breaking down epics into detailed features and user stories. • Experience in designing innovative solutions with system architects, optimizing processes, and aligning improvements with strategic goals. • Excellent communication skills for updating stakeholders, managing expectations, and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Extensive experience in creating and maintaining detailed project documentation, and participating in testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
