• Requirement Elicitation and Backlog Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications. • Co-manage and prioritize the backlog, breaking down epics into detailed features and user stories. • Solution Design and Process Improvement: Work with the System Architect to design innovative solutions that address business challenges and align with strategic goals. • Identify areas for process optimization and recommend improvements. • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with ServiceNow solutions. • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Documentation and Testing: Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories. • Participate in system and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• ServiceNow ITSM Expertise: Significant experience with ServiceNow ITSM, including a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and customization options. • Proven ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and managing backlogs by breaking down epics into detailed features and user stories. • Experience in designing innovative solutions with system architects, optimizing processes, and aligning improvements with strategic goals. • Excellent communication skills for updating stakeholders, managing expectations, and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Extensive experience in creating and maintaining detailed project documentation, and participating in testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
