• Oversee Eco-Tree Program and agroforestry practices • Provide scientific support for operational practices • Manage Paulownia-focused research trials • Improve data collection practices • Provide cross-functional support for team success • Manage lab and nursery supply chain

Requirements

• Passion for creating meaningful impact using emerging practices in agroforestry • 8+ years of agroforestry, silviculture or regenerative agriculture experience • Extensive knowledge on soil health, tree physiology, IPM and all other subjects related to agroforestry • Proven ability to implement and manage healthy, large scale agroforestry projects • Rigorous attention to detail • Ability to work at full efficacy and with sense of urgency in fast-paced environment • Ability to adapt to changing priorities with competing deadlines • Ability to provide written explanations and narratives for management strategies • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple challenges, develop priorities, avoid distractions and maintain focus on project goals • Strong knowledge of commonly used office software • Comfort and ability to effectively work remotely with occasional international travel
