📋 Description
• Quench USA, Inc. offers bottle-free filtered water solutions for healthy and environmentally conscious consumers. • The Cash Applications Manager will oversee cash applications processes and manage two teams. • Responsibilities include resolving escalations and improving cash application efficiency. • Must demonstrate leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in cash applications or equivalent role • Leadership experience preferred • Ability to manage priorities and workflow; lead team to accomplish goals and set priorities • Proven ability to handle multiple project and meet deadlines • Strong proficiency in Excel and other MS Office Suite products • Salesforce / Zuora experience a plus • Solid understanding of accounting / billing concepts • Strong research skills and attention to detail • Extremely organized with strong data entry skills • Customer service experience a plus • High degree of professional integrity; really cares about getting the right answer • Strong written and verbal communication skills
