Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise environments • Expertise in interaction design, user-centered design methodologies, and agile development processes • Expertise in Figma, with knowledge of modern front-end frameworks like React • Experience building and maintaining design systems, ensuring scalability and consistency across platforms • Strong prototyping and iterative design skills, with the ability to quickly turn ideas into testable concepts • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, influencing both peers and executives in a fast-paced, agile environment • A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design with measurable business and user impact
