• Develop strong relationship with Department managers • Evaluate financial processes to maximize efficiency • Maintain general ledger during month-end process • Investigate and communicate variance issues • Develop analytical financial data • Assist in completing financial support documentation • Ensure duties of any specialty focus are completed accurately • Participate in educational opportunities • Support performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field • Two (2) years of accounting experience • Hospital based or healthcare accounting experience.
