• Passion for crypto. • Passion to build a permissionless, open, and sovereign internet. • 3+ years of experience building and shipping in top tech companies. • Experience designing and building operational processes to improve project management operations. • Strong understanding of crypto and the fundamentals of how business processes work in decentralized companies. • Bias for action, end-to-end process ownership, and customer obsession. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong attention to detail. • Advanced English. • Availability to work US EST hours.
