Description

• Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and mentorship. • Conduct performance reviews and set goals. • Support project managers to assign engineers to projects. • Act as a technical leader and subject matter expert. • Lead research and evaluation of new technologies. • Foster a strong technical culture within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. • Proven experience in managing and mentoring engineers. • Strong technical background and expertise in the relevant domain. • Excellent leadership and people management skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback, resolve conflicts, and motivate team members. • Good resource management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, help allocate resources, meet deadlines and set and manage expectations with stakeholders. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders. • Able to embody and cultivate company’s culture. • A passion for technology and a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and advancements. • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
