• Proven experience working in diverse, cross-cultural environments. • Ability to adapt strategies to regional cultural nuances. • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets within a B2B environment. • Experience managing multiple regions and driving consistent revenue growth. • Proven experience in coaching and developing high-performing sales teams. • Focus on leadership development, team performance, and succession planning. • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools for optimizing sales strategies. • Experience monitoring KPIs and using performance data for strategic decisions. • Excellent presentation skills (in-person and virtual) for influencing senior leadership and external partners. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences. • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. • Ability to manage relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and regional strategies.
