β€’ Proven experience working in diverse, cross-cultural environments. β€’ Understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to adapt strategies across different regions. β€’ Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets within a B2B sales environment. β€’ Proven ability to grow market share and drive month-over-month revenue growth, with specific experience in managing multiple regions. β€’ Experience in coaching and developing high-performing sales teams, with a focus on leadership development and succession planning. β€’ Strong proficiency in using data analytics tools to drive decision-making and optimise sales strategies. β€’ Ability to monitor KPIs and use performance metrics to make informed, strategic decisions to improve regional outcomes. β€’ Excellent presentation skills, both in person and virtually, to influence senior leadership, stakeholders, and external partners. β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor messaging for different audiences, including regional sales teams and cross-functional departments. β€’ Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. β€’ Ability to manage relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and regional strategies.
