📋 Description
• Identify, engage, and onboard influencers and their agencies to participate in XPN campaigns • Develop and maintain strong relationships with mid-tier and AAA developers/publishers to drive long-term partnerships • Collaborate with game developers and publishers to understand their campaign objectives and match them with suitable influencers • Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, and incentives with influencers and agencies • Provide guidance and best practices to influencers and developers for maximizing campaign success • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for optimization • Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and gaming industry developments • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product, design, and legal
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, business development, or partnerships within the gaming industry • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, including YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and other content platforms • Proven experience working with game developers, publishers, and influencer marketing campaigns • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing influencer performance metrics • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment • Passion for gaming and deep knowledge of gaming communities
