Description
• Lead and develop a team of Native Client Services Leads and Ad Operations Specialists. • Ensure successful execution of advertising campaigns and exceptional client satisfaction. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, client satisfaction, and campaign success. • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction. • Guide team in monitoring campaign performance, providing strategic insights, and identifying optimization opportunities. • Oversee training and onboarding of new team members and continuous training for existing staff. • Address and resolve any escalated issues related to campaign delivery, performance, and client satisfaction. • Gather and provide feedback to internal teams to continuously improve Yahoo's Native offerings.
Requirements
• BS/BA from an accredited university or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. • Strong experience working with clients in a client services role, with a focus on digital advertising. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • Advanced knowledge of Google Suite and Excel. • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities. • Ability to creatively solve problems and uncover opportunities using data, analytics, and critical thinking. • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign development and management, and a dedication to staying current on industry trends. • Experience servicing and/or consulting in a vendor/client relationship.
