Description

• Lead development and management of AOL's growing commerce business • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation • Imagine new product capabilities and move ideas through product lifecycle • Effectively partner with stakeholders to inform product vision and strategy • Develop and maintain tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch • Define and hit quarterly and annual objectives and key results

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of product development experience • Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset • Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles • Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g. dashboards, APIs, real time alerts, etc. • World class product vision, strategy, planning, development, and execution • Proven track record launching products on time and scaling to hit their goals • Demonstrated ability to fuse editorial sensibility with product strategy and business objectives • Exceptional written and oral communication skills to both lead cross-functional meetings and to communicate clearly with executive leadership • Love of digital interactive media and the entrepreneurial drive to innovate its future • Experience driving diversified revenue businesses across advertising, commerce, and subscriptions • Data driven thinking and decision methodology • Strong UX and design sense
