•Drive development and commercialization of Digital Oncology portfolio software solutions. •Directs comprehensive product strategy from conception to end of life. •Promotes use of new technologies and industry-leading trends. •Functions as central resource with design, manufacturing, quality, test, marketing, and distribution as products move through lifecycle. •Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel for efficient product line operation.

Requirements

•Deep experience in leading regulated medical device product lines through effective P&L management. •Domain experience in Radiation Therapy highly required. •Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking, competitive benchmarking, market segmentation and a successful track record in executing global, practice changing go-to-market strategies. •Familiarity with US and global reimbursement dynamics preferred. •Ability, competence, and confidence to lead people. •Effective interpersonal skills. •Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. •Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
