β’ At least 5 years of experience in ad sales/operations, product marketing, and/or account management for digital products or campaigns. β’ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. β’ Strong analytical skills, including forecasting, impact assessment, and statistical analysis. β’ Deep understanding of how to productize and operationalize new products, partnerships, and monetization strategies. β’ Ability to maintain current plans in the face of uncertain and shifting schedules and priorities. β’ Effectively prioritize and drive task execution in a fast-paced environment. β’ Solid communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively across teams. β’ Strong understanding of new platforms, ad products, and monetization trends. β’ High proficiency in GSuite and other productivity tools.
