• 15+ years of leadership, producing, and programming experience within a major news media outlet, digital media outlet preferred • Previous experience in a leadership role is a must • Refined Knowledge of current SEO practices and techniques • Hands-on experience with CMS and digital publishing tools • Proven track record producing and optimizing video for digital platforms, including O&O and OTT • Ability to work well with others in a highly collaborative environment • Excellent time management skills and ability to balance priorities, multiple projects, and tasks with ease
